Job Description

Job DescriptionJoin Us as an Integrated Pest Management Route Specialist

Imagine starting your morning from home, confirming your first appointments, and heading out across the Buffalo area to protect homes and businesses. You keep your assigned company vehicle parked overnight at your place, so you’re ready to roll on time each day. After company-paid training, you’ll manage a dedicated service route, apply safe and effective treatments, and become the trusted expert customers count on.

A Day in the Life

  • Begin your route by reviewing your schedule, calling customers to confirm service windows, and preparing your materials and PPE.
  • Arrive on site, assess the situation, and determine the right treatment to eliminate the identified pest—always following label instructions and safety procedures.
  • Apply treatments on schedule, operate and maintain your tools and equipment, and ensure a clean, safe worksite.
  • Talk with customers about findings, answer questions, and recommend additional services that strengthen a complete pest management plan.
  • Document every visit accurately using both paper forms and your provided handheld/mobile device for speed and precision, then sync your notes.
  • Coordinate with office staff as needed and stay on your optimized route to ensure safe, timely arrivals throughout your assigned territory.

Why You’ll Love It Here

  • Pay: $22–$26 per hour depending on experience and licensing, plus overtime.
  • Vehicle: Company vehicle with gas card provided upon completion of training.
  • Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
  • Retirement: 401(k) plan with company match.
  • Time Off: Paid vacation, holidays, and sick leave.

What You’ll Bring

  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
  • Confidence working independently in the field and communicating clearly with customers.
  • Ability to serve as a problem-solver who recommends the most efficient, effective pest solutions for each customer’s needs.

Physical and Environmental Demands

You must be able to safely perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation:

  • Use ladders within the manufacturer’s weight capacity.
  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, and similar areas; ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl.
  • Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), including an OSHA-compliant respirator when required.
  • Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Training & Tools

  • Company-paid training to prepare you for the daily operation of a pest control service route.
  • A handheld/mobile device provided to streamline documentation for speed and accuracy.

Before You Apply

  • You must have an overnight parking space at your residence to keep a company vehicle.
