Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) role is available in Plymouth, MA, supporting students from kindergarten through 12th grade. This contract position spans the full school year and offers the opportunity to work with a diverse K-12 caseload.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions for students.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to facilitate effective communication strategies and enhance student outcomes.
- Provide supervision to Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) and Clinical Fellows (CFYs), fostering professional growth when applicable.
- Maintain detailed documentation and comply with all relevant educational and clinical standards.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese is highly valued and preferred.
- Minimum of three years of experience working in school settings is strongly preferred.
- Ability to manage a full K-12 caseload efficiently.
- Willingness to supervise SLPAs and CFYs; new graduates with relevant enthusiasm and skills are encouraged to apply.
