Mechanical Supervisor - Welding Operations

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Estimate and prepare quotes for service work based on customer requests
• Plan, organize, and execute field service activities to meet project requirements
• Ensure crews have the proper tools, materials, permits, and resources to complete work efficiently
• Maintain a safe work environment by ensuring all tasks follow OSHA safety standards
• Communicate effectively with customers, project managers, and crew members to ensure high‑quality work that meets customer expectations

Qualifications

• Must have at least 5 years of TIG welding experience
• Strong knowledge of welding operations, including tooling, materials, and proper techniques, supported by excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven leadership ability with experience directing multi‑worker service projects and working independently with minimal supervision
• Ideal candidates bring supervisory experience and familiarity with industries such as food, beverage, dairy, personal care, or pharmaceuticals

Salary: $75k - $90k
