Job Description:
- Manage and monitor overtime (OT) tracking across departments, ensuring accurate weekly reporting by employee
- Collaborate with Payroll and IT teams to design and implement efficient OT tracking processes and systems
- Analyze payroll and overtime data to identify trends, discrepancies, and cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations related to overtime and payroll
- Support process improvements and system enhancements during project setup and ongoing operations
