Practice Setting: Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapy & Performance Rehabilitation
Schedule: Monday-Friday | Flexible Day & Evening Hours | No Weekends | No On-Call
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Physical Therapist (DPT) to join a growing outpatient orthopedic and performance rehabilitation practice in South Natick, MA. This opportunity is ideal for clinicians passionate about one-on-one patient care, manual therapy, strength and conditioning, and helping patients transition from rehabilitation to long-term performance and wellness.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

Deliver evidence-based orthopedic rehabilitation and manual therapy interventions

Guide patients through all phases of recovery and return-to-activity programs
-
Design and progress therapeutic exercise and strength training programs
-
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
-
Educate patients on injury prevention, movement mechanics, and wellness strategies

Collaborate with clinical team members to provide exceptional patient care
Qualifications:

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
-
Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy License
-
CPR Certification required
-
Minimum 3 years of outpatient orthopedic experience preferred

Experience in manual therapy, orthopedics, or sports rehabilitation preferred
-
Background in strength & conditioning or personal training is a plus

Strong communication and patient relationship-building skills
