Job Description:

As a Refrigeration Technician with us, you'll be an essential member of our service crew, responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining soft serve ice cream machines. Your expertise will ensure the proper functioning of this vital equipment.

️ Responsibilities:

✅ Conduct inspections and identify issues with systems.

✅ Perform necessary repairs, replacements, or adjustments.

✅ Install and maintain units with precision and care.

✅ Collaborate with team members to optimize system efficiency.

✅ Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

5 years' experience as a Soft Serve Ice Cream Machine Technician

Knowledge of refrigeration systems, HVAC, and related components.

Familiarity with industry safety protocols and best practices.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Valid refrigeration technician certification is a plus.
