Harbor Hotel - Provincetown, MA.
We’re looking for a hands-on, guest-focused Front Desk Supervisor to lead our front office team and help create exceptional guest experiences. If you’re a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, we’d love to meet you!
The responsibilities of the Front Desk Supervisor include:
- Lead and support front desk team members during daily operations
- Train, coach, and schedule staff to ensure smooth, efficient service
- Deliver outstanding guest service and handle any concerns with professionalism
- Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments
- Maintain front desk standards, supplies, and organization
- Assist with hiring, training, and performance management
- Ensure all policies, procedures, and service standards are followed
Qualifications:
- Previous front desk or hospitality leadership experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Calm under pressure with a solutions-focused mindset
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Experience with hotel systems (PMS) is a plus
- Must be flexible and available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
