Key Responsibilities\n
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new patients and families to fully understand their needs and challenges.
- Providing individualized therapy sessions for both individuals and families, employing tailored therapeutic strategies based on identified needs.
- Completing essential paperwork such as billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms promptly to ensure smooth operational flow.
- Developing crisis plans and safety measures as necessary, along with relapse prevention and wellness plans to support patients in maintaining stability.
- Creating well-thought-out discharge plans that facilitate a smooth transition for patients moving out of therapy.
- Adhering strictly to federal and state regulations and complying with all NEHS policies and procedures.
- Participating in continuous professional development through training, workshops, and case consultations to enhance clinical skills.
- Attending agency meetings to collaborate with your peers and contribute to collective decision-making.
- Completing all mandatory training and licensure requirements to ensure compliance and professional development.

Compensation and Benefits\n
