Urgently hiring either an experienced PX or a very (very) strong Sr PM with significant water/wastewater treatment plant experience for a civil shop in the Worcester MA area.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, execution, and delivery for heavy civil construction projects.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Oversee site activities and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality standards.
- Provide leadership and support to project teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Prepare and present project reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in heavy civil construction, with a focus on project management.
- Experience with piping, excavation, utilities, wastewater treatment, and environmental reclamation projects.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
