Rocco’s Doughnut Company is looking for a dependable and energetic Guest Experience Team Member to help serve our guests across multiple locations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in hospitality, and is excited to be part of a growing local brand.

Our Guest Experience Team Members are the face of Rocco’s. You’ll help create the kind of experience that keeps people coming back — friendly service, attention to detail, and a commitment to doing things the right way.

This position requires flexibility to work at any of our locations including Auburn, Worcester, Millbury, and Westborough.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide an exceptional customer experience
  
  
• Take orders accurately and efficiently
  
  
• Prepare drinks and assist with doughnut presentation and packaging
  
  
• Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area
  
  
• Work with team members to keep service fast and smooth during busy periods
  
  
• Follow company standards for hospitality, cleanliness, and professionalism
  
  
• Support different locations when needed to keep the team running smoothly
  
  

Schedule & Availability

This position requires 4–5 shifts per week.

Applicants must:

• Be available to work at any Rocco’s location as needed
  
  
• Be available for weekends and some early mornings
  
  
• Be dependable and committed to showing up for scheduled shifts
