Enjoy scheduling flexibility while making a meaningful impact on resident mobility and independence.What You'll Do:Perform physical therapy evaluations and establish individualized plans of careProvide skilled interventions focused on mobility, strength, balance, gait, and functional performanceMonitor resident outcomes and modify treatment plans when appropriateEducate residents and caregivers on mobility and safety strategiesWork collaboratively with PTAs, nursing, and other rehabilitation professionalsComplete required clinical documentationQualifications:Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license requiredStrong clinical assessment and communication skillsSkilled nursing or post-acute care experience preferredFlexible PRN schedule • Competitive hourly pay • Collaborative interdisciplinary teamDirect Hire.
