A school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in Manchester, NH, serving K-8 students from pre-kindergarten through 8th grade. This contract position runs from August 4, 2025, through May 31, 2026, and is onsite only. The role offers a commitment of 32.5 hours per week, spread over 5 days, providing direct therapy services within the school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to a diverse caseload of PK-8 students.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student communication development.
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and track student progress.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid New Hampshire state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Current Department of Education SLP certification.
- Candidates holding credentials as Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) or Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply.
- Experience working with a school-aged population preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
