- Shift: 12-hour day shifts (6:30am – 7:00pm) with on-call requirements\n
- Hours per Week: 36 (72 hours biweekly guaranteed, excluding on-call)\n
- On-Call: 3 times per month, including some weekend 12-hour call shifts\n
- Employment Type: W2 Travel Nursing Contract\n
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $2520 - $2700\n
\n\nQualifications – Operating Room Registered Nurse\n

- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts or compact state\n
- BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)\n
- Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room RN experience in a large hospital or acute care setting\n
- Clinical proficiency in surgical services, including independent experience in transplant, cardiac, and vascular cases\n
- Experience with Epic electronic medical records (EMR) systems\n
- Flu vaccination required prior to start date\n
- No local candidates accepted within 50 miles of Burlington, MA\n
- Must not have worked at this health system within the past 6 months\n
\n\nResponsibilities – Travel OR RN\n

- Provide direct patient care in the Operating Room, ensuring safety and quality throughout perioperative procedures\n
- Circulate and/or scrub on a range of surgeries, including transplant, cardiac, and vascular operations\n
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams for optimal patient outcomes\n
- Document care accurately and promptly using Epic EMR\n
- Participate in scheduled on-call rotations, including nights and weekends\n
- Comply with hospital policies, infection control protocols, and safety standards\n
