Real Estate Agent (Bilingual)
Spanish, Portuguese, Creole Speakers – Consistent Lead Flow
Centre Realty Group is recruiting bilingual licensed Real Estate Agents to support consistent buyer and renter lead volume across Massachusetts and Rhode Island. This role is ideal for Spanish, Portuguese, and Creole-speaking agents who want structure, systems, and real opportunities without guessing where their next client is coming from.
Agents at Centre Realty Group work with active rental, buyer, and seller leads supported by structured onboarding, CRM systems, transaction support, and hands-on management. Weekly workshops are built into the operation so agents can get clear answers, stay aligned with process, and keep productivity moving forward.
This is a production-focused brokerage built around execution, accountability, and repeatable systems. We are not a culture-only office and not a hands-off environment. Agents here are expected to follow systems, communicate clearly, and treat real estate as a business.

Compensation:
$95,000 - $130,000 at plan earnings
Responsibilities:
- Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close
- Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home
- Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender
- Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market
Qualifications:
- A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
- Show a track record of real estate success
- Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
