Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years occupational therapy experience required.

Looking for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in Franklin, New Hampshire for the 2025-2026 school year! You will support an OT in providing personalized therapy sessions, helping patients improve their motor skills and independence. You will be tracking progress and adjusting treatment plans to meet individual needs.

Location: Franklin, New Hampshire

Position At Glance:

• Full-time, guaranteed hours (37-40hrs hours per week) M-F
• Perform all the same duties as an OT, except for individual evaluations, IEPs, or make final decisions on therapy for students.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy services to help patients develop motor skills and improve daily living activities
• Document patient progress and collaborate with the therapy team to adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and families on techniques to enhance independence and overall function

Requirements:

• COTA License In New Hampshire
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience in a school or clinical setting preferred
• Must have OT as supervisor to sign off on work
