Role Description:

We are a Real Estate development and property company with multiple properties in the Manchester area seeking a capable 2-person field crew to manage a wide range of outdoor projects and property improvement work. Responsibilities may include trail building and maintenance, hardscape projects, chainsaw work, mowing, land stewardship, general property improvements, and other hands-on projects.

We are open to hiring an established team that already works well together or hiring individuals separately and pairing the right people.

We are looking for people who take pride in their work and can operate with a high degree of independence. Ideal candidates are dependable, detail-oriented, self-managing, and comfortable taking ownership of projects with minimal supervision. Experience with outdoor work, equipment, and property maintenance is strongly preferred. While one person does not need experience in every area, together the team should bring a broad and practical skill set.
