A&J Boat Corp. is seeking an experienced outboard technician to add to our team. We are a well-established and growing company located in Sippican Harbor in Marion, MA. Ideal candidates should possess 3+ years of marine mechanic experience, Yamaha certified preferred but not required. This is a full time, year-round opportunity with full benefits (health insurance, 401K, profit sharing). A strong knowledge of boat systems – electrical, mechanical, & hydraulic is also required. Job responsibilities to include routine maintenance, winterization, spring commissioning, diagnostic work and associated repairs. We are also a Yamaha Key Dealer and specialize in repowers. Looking for the right person who is highly motivated and wants to grow in the marine industry. Yamaha factory schooling is available if all requirements are met.
