Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Tick and Mosquito Pest Control Technicians to join our team for the upcoming season. Technicians will be responsible for inspecting properties, identifying pest issues, and implementing effective treatment plans to control and prevent tick and mosquito infestations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to assess tick and mosquito activity.
• Identify pest problems and determine appropriate treatment methods.
• Safely apply pesticides and other control measures in accordance with company protocols and regulatory guidelines.
• Advise customers on preventive measures to minimize future infestations.
• Maintain accurate records of services provided and materials used.
• Operate and maintain equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience in pest control or related field is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Physical capability to perform tasks that may involve lifting equipment, bending, and working in various environmental conditions.
• Willingness to obtain necessary state certifications and licenses for pesticide application.
