Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse by managing inventory, processing orders, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This position is essential for supporting our shipping and receiving processes and requires a commitment to safety and teamwork.
Duties
- Perform order picking using RF scanners to accurately fulfill customer orders.
- Assist with inventory control by conducting regular stock counts and maintaining accurate records.
- Package products securely for shipping, ensuring they meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with the warehouse supervisor to build and organize pallets for efficient storage.
- Support shipping and receiving operations by unloading trucks, checking in merchandise, and preparing outgoing shipments.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment
- Proficient in using RF scanners for tracking inventory.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to lift heavy packages (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Good phone skills
- Good computer skills to enter data and tracking system
- Must have own transportation
