The Work You’ll Be Doing\n
In this role, you will:
\n
- \n
- Set up and operate CNC lathes and/or CNC vertical mills
- Program, load, and adjust CNC programs at the machine
- Machine high-mix, low-volume parts
- Select tooling, set offsets, and dial in setups
- Hold tight tolerances on complex components
- Perform in-process and first-article inspection
- Work with a wide variety of materials and part geometries
- Collaborate with a small, experienced team in a clean job shop

What We’re Looking For\n
Required
\n

- 5–10 years CNC machining experience
- Strong experience with CNC lathes and/or CNC mills
- Ability to set up machines independently
- Blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge
- Comfortable holding tight tolerances
- Experience working in a job shop / high-mix environment

Preferred (Not Required)

- Multi-axis lathe / mill-turn experience
- CAM programming experience
- Experience with power generation or defense-related components
