Job Description General Production Worker
Key Responsibilities
- Perform basic manufacturing and assembly tasks using hand and power tools
- Cut, assemble, and handle materials according to work instructions
- Follow safety, quality, and ISO procedures at all times
- Measure materials accurately using a tape measure and basic math
- Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S standards)
- Assist with packing and preparing products for shipment
- Reduce waste, handle scrap properly, and support recycling efforts
- Work as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment
- Support cross-training and assist other departments as needed
Shift & Pay
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM | $16.50/hr
- 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM | $17.00/hr
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sutton, MA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
