Bethany Health Care is looking for a self motivated, experienced, dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant or Physical Therapist to join our stellar rehab team! As a valued member of our rehab team, the ideal candidate works well with others, is collaborative, and flexible with scheduling.
This position is Per Diem, hours can fluctuate pending caseload and census.
Job Summary:
Responsible for administering of occupational therapy modalities of treatment as prescribed by a licensed physician. Administers treatments and occupational agents as prescribed by a referring physician in an effort to restore function and prevent disability following injury, disease or physical disability. Assists patients to reach their maximum performance and level of functioning.
Requirements:
Current PT Licensure
Long Term Care experience required
Be able to work flexible schedule
