Community Bridges is an area agency providing supports and services to individuals in our community who experience developmental disabilities or acquired brain injuries. We are currently seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our caring team.
In this role, you will work alongside an experienced RN who will provide full training and support. If this is a new area of nursing for you, don't worry-we offer comprehensive training to ensure your success!

Qualifications

Current New Hampshire RN license

Minimum of two years of licensed nursing experience
Skills & Responsibilities

Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to provide clear guidance and support to caregivers

Demonstrate a genuine desire to work with individuals who experience developmental disabilities

Train staff on proper care, medication oversight, and respond to medical-related questions

Provide oversight and review of nursing documentation

Complete the Nurse Trainer Certification through the Department of Health and Human Services

Provide classroom training on medication administration for new hires and medication training renewals
Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: $70,000–$80,000 annually
