Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or comparable experience
- Three (3) to Five (5) Years of Supervisory Experience
- Prior experience in Asphalt Production
- Proficiency in ERP systems (i.e. SAP), Google mail, and Microsoft Suite
- Local travel throughout Maryland, DC, Virginia, West Virginia and Pennsylvania required
Responsibilities
- Primarily responsible for the attainment of production and distribution objectives for assigned asphalt plants
- Effective management and mentoring of subordinates to attain quality and productivity targets
- Conduct various OH&S program activities such as inspections, training and incident investigations
- Meet financial targets and budget objectives
- Interface with other functional groups to maintain safe and efficient facilities and processes
