Help patients regain strength, mobility, and independence through expert, compassionate care. We’re seeking a motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to join a collaborative rehabilitation team in Leominster, MA.
What You’ll Do:

Screen, evaluate, and treat patients with mobility and functional limitations

Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans

Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner

Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs as needed

Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families

Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
What You’ll Bring:

Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)

Active PT license or eligibility to obtain in Maryland

Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills
