What you'll do
- Drive large civil infrastructure projects to the finish line on time and on budget.
- Lead PMs, APMs, Superintendents, and field teams with clarity and confidence.
- Manage budgets, schedules, change orders, safety, and every moving part in between.
- Build relationships customers trust and come back to.
- Protect the company from risky decisions and keep each project running clean.
What you bring
- A degree in engineering or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in construction leadership.
- Strong command of scheduling and project management tools.
- A CSL, PMP, or similar certification (or the ability to get one)
- Ability to work in the Greater Worcester area (and beyond)
