What you'll do

  • Drive large civil infrastructure projects to the finish line on time and on budget.
  • Lead PMs, APMs, Superintendents, and field teams with clarity and confidence.
  • Manage budgets, schedules, change orders, safety, and every moving part in between.
  • Build relationships customers trust and come back to.
  • Protect the company from risky decisions and keep each project running clean.

What you bring

  • A degree in engineering or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years in construction leadership.
  • Strong command of scheduling and project management tools.
  • A CSL, PMP, or similar certification (or the ability to get one)
  • Ability to work in the Greater Worcester area (and beyond)
