Interpersonal Dynamics

Collaborate effectively with inter-company personnel, even though direct management of others is not part of this role. Rely on your judgment and experience to navigate complex tasks and lead initiatives as required.

Critical Skills & Knowledge

  • Standard concepts and practices familiarity, especially in soldering and wire hosting.
  • Cleanroom experience and adeptness with IPC-610 workmanship requirements are crucial.
  • Comprehend ESD protocols and display impeccable attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills and adaptability to fast-paced tasks, alongside creativity and latitude.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent experience required.
  • IPC knowledge, with optics experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years in a related field.
