ChildWise ABA provides individualized ABA therapy for children with autism. As a Behavior Technician (BT), you'll work one-on-one with children to build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills while helping them become more independent.

No ABA experience is required—we provide paid training, ongoing BCBA support, and mentorship to help you succeed!

Duties and Responsibilities for Behavior Technicians

  • Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills

  • Build positive relationships with clients

  • Support independence and positive behavior

  • Collaborate with BCBAs and families

Compensation & Schedule for Behavior Technicians

  • Hourly Rate: $22–$28

  • Part-Time & Full-Time: 15 - 40 hours/week

  • Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM–8:00 PM

  • Flexible scheduling based on availability

Qualifications for Behavior Technicians

  • No ABA experience required - Paid Training

  • Experience working with children is a plus

  • Reliable, patient, and positive

  • Strong communication skills

  • Willingness to learn and grow

  • Passion for helping children succeed
