Childwise ABA provides individualized, evidence-based ABA therapy for children with autism and developmental disabilities. We are looking for caring, dependable individuals who enjoy working with children and want to make a meaningful difference.
No prior RBT certification is required to apply. We provide training and support, and qualified employees may have the opportunity to pursue RBT certification.
What You’ll Do

Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism

Follow individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA

Collect and record behavioral data

Help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills

Support children during structured activities and routines
-
Build a positive, supportive relationship with each child
Compensation & Schedule

$22–$28 per hour
-
Part-time: 15–30 hours per week
-
Flexible scheduling between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM

Specific hours will depend on the client and your availability
Qualifications

Experience working with children is a plus
-
Previous ABA or behavioral experience is a plus, but not required

RBT certification is not required to apply

Patient, dependable, and comfortable working with children

Ability to follow instructions and implement treatment plans

Strong communication and teamwork skills
