Job Description
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization based in Boston, MA, is seeking an ERP Systems Manager to oversee the continued success, optimization, and evolution of their NetSuite ERP platform. This is a full-time onsite position - ideal for a hands-on, solutions-driven systems leader passionate about driving operational excellence in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary owner and administrator for the NetSuite ERP system, ensuring stability, accuracy, and optimal performance.
- Partner with operations, finance, supply chain, and manufacturing teams to streamline processes and maximize system capabilities.
- Lead configuration, customization, and integration initiatives to support business goals.
- Manage system upgrades, testing, and documentation.
- Collaborate with external NetSuite partners and internal stakeholders to deliver system enhancements and training.
- Leverage data insights from NetSuite to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
Required Experience
- 5+ years of NetSuite ERP experience, including implementation, administration, and optimization.
- Proven background in manufacturing environments and familiarity with related workflows (inventory, production, procurement, BOM, etc.).
- Strong understanding of ERP data structures, reporting, and process automation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work onsite in Boston, MA on a daily basis.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading ERP or business systems teams.
- NetSuite certifications (Administrator, SuiteFoundation, or ERP Consultant) are advantageous.
- Exposure to integrated platforms (Shop Floor systems, WMS, etc.) a plus.
