About the role
\n
Support IT strategic sourcing, supplier management, and procurement activities across the organization. Partner with IT, Purchasing, Finance, Legal, and business stakeholders to drive cost savings, optimize contracts, and improve procurement operations.

Key Responsibilities
\n

- Support sourcing for software, SaaS, hardware, cloud services, telecommunications, and professional services.
- Lead and support RFI, RFQ, RFP, supplier evaluation, and competitive bidding activities.
- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, SOWs, and renewals to achieve favorable commercial outcomes.
- Identify opportunities for supplier consolidation, contract optimization, and renewal savings.
- Process purchase requisitions, purchase orders, revisions, amendments, and closeouts.
- Support additional direct and indirect sourcing initiatives as business needs require.

Qualifications
\n

- 5+ years of procurement, purchasing, and strategic sourcing experience.
- Strong experience with technology-related procurement, including software, SaaS, hardware, cloud, or professional services.
- Demonstrated negotiation and supplier management expertise with measurable cost savings.
- Experience managing contracts, renewals, amendments, and supplier agreements.
- Strong stakeholder communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Compensation (MA Pay Transparency):

- Estimated hourly range: $45–$55/hr (W-2).
- Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.
