Must have completed ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years ABA Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This role offers variety in settings—Preschool, Middle/High, Post Grad, and Charter School environments—providing the opportunity to develop your skills and make a difference across age groups.
What we’re seeking:
- Active New Hampshire RBT or Para educator certification
- Experience supporting students in one-on-one and small group settings
- Strong background in behavior support, ideally with life skills or community integration
- Flexibility to work assignments in preschool (26 hours/week, Monday through Thursday), middle/high (32.5-35 hours/week, one building), post-graduate (ages 18-22), and charter school settings
- Willingness to perform Para duties, even if RBT-licensed
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
What you’ll do:
- Work onsite to support students with behavioral, emotional, and academic needs
- Provide individualized and group behavioral interventions
- Implement life skills programming for post-graduate students, including community-based job performance support
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families for consistent learning experiences
