10-4 Logistics USA is hiring CDL-A Regional Drivers based in Andover, MA, for a Northeast fleet offering consistent weekly home time, strong mileage-based pay, and a $4,000 sign-on bonus. Drivers typically operate regional freight from Northern North Carolina through Maine and as far west as Eastern Ohio, with home time on Saturday and Sunday.
What this lane offers:
- $4,000 sign-on bonus
- $0.80–$0.85 per mile
- Home Saturday and Sunday for a 34-hour reset
- Average 1,500 miles per week, depending on hours and freight availability
- Average length of haul approximately 400 miles
- Up to $0.03 per mile (3 CPM) performance bonus based on safety, mileage, and productivity
- Additional stop pay, detention pay, and Long Island delivery pay
- 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth tractors
- Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and paid time off
- Top regional drivers on this fleet can earn up to $1,850 weekly
- Stop pay: $20 for the first stop, $35 for the second stop, $50 for the third stop and beyond; $65 for Long Island deliveries
- Detention pay: $12.50 per hour after 2 hours
Lane details:
- Drivers run a mix of live loads and preloaded trailers across the Northeast regional network.
- Primary running area generally spans Virginia to Maine, with typical freight moving from Northern North Carolina up to Maine and as far west as Eastern Ohio.
- Occasional routes outside the primary area may be used to maximize miles while maintaining weekly reset time.
- Drivers who opt to remain out instead of returning home for their reset may be able to run additional weekend freight for extra miles and pay.
- Willingness to drive in the Boston metropolitan area is an advantage but is not required.
Qualifications:
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum three months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Must meet DOT safety and medical requirements
