A prestigious Multinational Company specializing in sales and distribution is looking for a Temporary (1 weeks) Full-time skilled worker to set up a new distribution center near Windsor, CT
- Shift: 12 pm - 11 pm Monday to Friday
- Break: 1-hour unpaid
- 1-week assignment
- Start date: From April 27th
- Pay Rate: $21 per hour
Responsibilities
- Assemble indoor warehouse fences and structures
- Anchor and secure racks
- Assemble/disassemble rack/shelving using power tools
- Long-standing and walking periods
- Requires work in a crouched position
- Take accurate measurements
Requirements
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds and stand/walk for long periods
- Skilled in assembly work, including the safe operation of basic power tools
- Good analytical and numerical skills
- Must comply with the proper use of PPE (Safety Shoes, Safety Vest, Glasses and Hard Hat)
- Be willing to go through a background check
- Performing work in compliance with safety procedures and the code of conduct
- Team player, able to cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
- Able to follow instructions and perform different general labor duties as assigned
- Must be committed to remaining at the job for the duration of the project
