Job Title: Glue Associate
Shift: 1st Shift (7:00am - 3:45pm)

Job Summary:
Responsible for all phases of the gluing process from preparation, application to completion of project. Ensures the quality of each job as per company standards.

Responsibilities:

Glues material such as metal, glass, rubber, or plastic together, following specified procedures.
Applies adhesive to surface of material by brushing, spraying, dipping, rolling, or holding material against rotating saturated brush, or feeding part between saturated rollers.
Squeezes glued materials together manually, presses material with hand roller, or clamps materials in fixture to bond material together and set glue.
Perform limited assembly of preglued material.
Trim excess material from cemented parts.
Wipes surplus adhesive from seams, using cloth or sponge.
Visually inspect completed work.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in assembly, adhesives, or small-part manufacturing a plus.
Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
Ability to read and follow written work instructions and diagrams.
