Meetinghouse Builders, a premier design & build home remodeling company in Hollis, NH, is looking for a skilled and motivated Team Lead to join our growing team. Position Overview:
As a Team Lead, you will work closely with our team membersto execute the Build phase of home remodeling projects, ensuring top-tier quality and efficiency. You’ll be responsible for maintaining project timelines, upholding safety standards, and delivering outstanding results for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and execute the build phase of residential remodeling projects
- Lead and mentor associate team members, helping develop their skills
- Ensure high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail
- Maintain project timelines and coordinate tasks efficiently
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and the EMD Builders team
- Uphold safety standards and maintain a clean job site
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in residential remodeling or construction
- Strong finish and rough carpentry skills and hands-on experience in all phases of home remodeling
- Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and guide an apprentice
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
