MVP Staffing is now hiring for a brand-new Amazon-sponsored warehouse in Hopedale, MA!
Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM
Open Position:
- Warehouse Leads
- ICQA Problem Solvers
Warehouse Lead
- 1st Shift: $23.00/hr
- 2nd Shift: $24.00/hr
ICQA Problem Solver:
- 1st Shift: $21.00/hr
- 2nd Shift: $22.00/hr
Bonuses:
- $500 New Hire Bonus after completing your two weeks of work.
- $100 Referral Bonus for every person you refer who gets hired.
About the Opportunity
MVP Staffing is a light industrial staffing company with offices in New Jersey and California. We are excited to launch our first Massachusetts location by supporting a brand-new warehouse operation in Hopedale.
Our client, MAERSK, is a global leader in logistics and supply chain solutions, operating in more than 130 countries.
Warehouse Lead:
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of warehouse associates
- Assign work and monitor productivity
- Train new employees
- Promote a safe work environment
- Report production and attendance
Requirements
- Previous warehouse leadership experience
- Basic Excel and computer skills
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug test
ICQA Problem Solver:
Responsibilities
- Investigate inventory issues
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits
- Research missing or damaged items
- Update inventory records
- Work with warehouse leadership to resolve inventory problems
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic computer and Excel skills
- RF scanner or warehouse experience is a plus
- Inventory or quality experience preferred but not required
- Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug test
