Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and dedicated Primary Care Physician to join a growing PACE Organization in Springfield, MA, on a full-time basis.

• Provide primary medical care under the supervision of the Medical Director, including assessments, care planning, and direct patient care for frail older adults.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, make independent medical decisions, and perform necessary procedures.
• Qualifications include Board Certification/Eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Practice, preferably with geriatrics certification, and bilingual Spanish skills are a plus.

Pay ranges from $280,000 to $300,000 annually, with a full-time, in-person work setting.
