Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment in New Hampshire. The ideal candidate will have strong acute care and advanced telemetry experience with the ability to manage high-acuity patients in a fast-paced hospital environment.
Candidates should be comfortable caring for patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring, cardiac drips, insulin management, and complex medical care. First-time travelers with strong experience will be considered.
Traveler may be required to float between affiliated facilities as needed.
Shift Details
- Shift: Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
- Schedule: 3x12s
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
- Every Other Weekend Required
- No schedule available at time of posting

Clinical Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess telemetry patients
- Interpret cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately to changes
- Administer and monitor Cardizem drips
- Manage insulin drips for hyperglycemia patients (non-DKA)
- Care for patients receiving Phenobarbital on telemetry units
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
- Respond effectively to emergencies and rapid patient deterioration
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and patient safety standards
Required Qualifications
- Active NH RN License or Compact RN License at time of submission
- Minimum 2+ years recent acute care Telemetry experience
- Advanced Telemetry experience required
- Current BLS Certification
- Current ACLS Certification
- Current NIHSS Certification
- Strong cardiac monitoring and acute care skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous travel nursing experience
- Cerner EMR experience preferred but not required
Submission Requirements
- Updated resume with:
- 2+ years acute care telemetry experience
- Travel experience documented (if applicable)
- 2 recent Charge RN or Nurse Manager references in specialty
- Skills checklist matching specialty
- NURSYS verification report with all active RN licenses
- RTO must be disclosed at time of submission
