Occupational Therapist Elementary School, Boston, MA (Contract, CSY)

Seeking two full-time Occupational Therapists to support elementary school students through the end of the school year (CSY) contract, from ASAP to June 12th. These positions are based in Boston, MA, with one opening at JFK Elementary School and one at Martin E. Young Elementary School.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide evaluation, assessment, and therapeutic interventions to support the developmental, motor, and sensory needs of elementary students
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to create individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Deliver OT services within the school setting, adapting strategies to meet each students unique needs
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports aligned with school and district requirements
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student success

Desired Qualifications:

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) with experience in pediatric or school-based settings
  • Knowledge of school-based occupational therapy practices and related healthcare regulations
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for working within educational teams
  • Ability to deliver compassionate, effective OT services in a school environment
  • Experience or background in healthcare or home health OT services is a plus

Contract Details:

  • Full-time, contract through June 12th (CSY)
  • Immediate start preferred
