Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Boston, MA
Duration: 6 Months (Contract)
Schedule: 40 hours/week (Flexible start time; standard hours around 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)

Position Overview

"Navitas Partners, LLC" is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support safety, compliance, and operational initiatives within a large-scale engineering and maintenance environment. This role will focus on developing and implementing structured processes related to investigations, corrective actions, and safety assurance programs.

Key ResponsibilitiesInvestigations Management

  • Establish and implement an internal investigations framework
  • Define investigation thresholds and protocols, including regulatory communication processes
  • Conduct investigations, including root cause analysis and documentation of findings
  • Develop and manage corrective action plans based on investigation outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely resolution

Corrective Actions Oversight

  • Design and implement workflows to manage corrective actions from multiple sources
  • Develop tools and systems to track, monitor, and report on corrective actions
  • Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and organizational standards

Audit & Safety Assurance

  • Develop and implement safety assurance programs aligned with OSHA standards
  • Create documentation such as audit schedules, checklists, and performance metrics
  • Coordinate with internal teams to execute safety assurance initiatives
  • Monitor and report on safety compliance and continuous improvement efforts

Project & Operational Support

  • Support leadership with strategic initiatives and departmental projects
  • Contribute to process improvements and organizational efficiency efforts

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in safety, compliance, or engineering environments
  • Strong knowledge of investigation processes, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
  • Experience with audit programs and safety assurance frameworks (OSHA knowledge preferred)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured and detail-oriented manner
