Job Description
We are seeking a driven, hands-on Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations for a high-performing Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP). This role is ideal for an experienced operations leader or a high-potential graduate ready to accelerate their leadership career. A degree is not required; we value ownership, financial aptitude, strong communication, operational discipline, and the ability to solve problems quickly in a fast-paced environment.

You will work closely with Amazon station leadership and internal teams to improve service, safety, profitability, and driver performance.

Maintain readiness of fleet vehicles, handheld devices, uniforms, keys, fuel cards, and delivery supplies.
