We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Mental Health Therapist to become a part of our Healthcare & Medical Services team, delivering exceptional, patient-focused behavioral health care throughout Massachusetts. In this collaborative and inclusive environment, you will provide outpatient therapy and related services to individuals of all ages, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, relationship difficulties, and life transitions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough biopsychosocial and diagnostic evaluations.
- Develop tailored treatment plans based on individual needs.
- Provide individual, family, and, when suitable, group therapy utilizing evidence-based methods.
- Regularly assess treatment progress and modify interventions as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in our electronic health record system.
- Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, primary care providers, schools, and community resources to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.
- Manage a caseload that allows for consistent, high-quality care while fostering strong therapeutic relationships.
- Engage patients in their care, support treatment adherence, and provide psychoeducation to patients and their families.
- Conduct risk assessments and respond to crises with professionalism and composure, adhering to established safety and reporting protocols.
