Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Current, active SLP licensure required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Previous school-based SLP experience is highly valued
- Comfortable working in-person with students across K-12 grades
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic caseload as assigned
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to K-12 students according to their individualized education plans
- Assess, diagnose, and tailor interventions that address students’ unique speech and language needs
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to ensure holistic student support
- Maintain clear and detailed session notes and progress documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams as needed
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and engaging school climate
