Primary Responsibilities:

- Provide individualized or small-group assistance to students who need extra support.
- Assist with classroom organization, materials preparation, and student supervision.
- Encourage and motivate learners, fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
- Monitor student progress and communicate observations to teaching staff.
- Help facilitate classroom management and ensure student safety throughout the day.
