Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer of our organization, you will take on a pivotal role in providing strategic guidance and oversight for all urgent care operations, which includes managing clinical services and supervising Advanced Practice Providers.
Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

Enhance and support the performance and growth of medical staff.

Achieve quality, financial, and patient satisfaction objectives.

Oversee department operations, resource management, and new initiatives.

Assist in physician recruitment and hiring processes.
Time Distribution

Clinical Responsibilities: 80%
-
Administrative Duties: 20% allocated for nonclinical tasks and supervision of APPs.

Reporting: Engage in regular meetings with the leadership team.
Qualifications
-
MD or DO with a valid Massachusetts medical license.

3–5+ years of clinical experience with demonstrated leadership impact.

Data analysis and informed decision-making.

Healthcare systems, quality assurance, and safety metrics.
