Schedule:
- Travel assignment, variable schedule based on facility need
- Must be able to start as soon as compliance is complete, given urgent department needs
Desired skills and experience:
- RN license in good standing, with previous oncology and/or med-surg experience strongly preferred
- Experience with administration of chemotherapeutic and biologic drugs
- Competence in IV infusions, transfusions, injections, and patient monitoring
- Ability to adapt quickly in new clinical settings and work synergistically with multidisciplinary teams
Key responsibilities:
- Administer and monitor outpatient chemotherapy and biologic treatments
- Provide patient-centered education and support for individuals with cancer, blood, immune, and hereditary disorders
- Collaborate with physicians and pharmacy to deliver safe, effective care
- Document care and maintain comprehensive clinical records
