SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently hiring qualified CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Franklin, MA! We are looking for compassionate and reliable caregivers who take pride in helping others and providing quality support that allows clients to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and everyday living activities

• Support walking, mobility, transfers, and safe positioning

• Prepare meals and provide feeding assistance when needed

• Offer companionship and emotional support

• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and comfortable home

• Follow individualized care plans and daily routines

• Report changes in clients' conditions or needs to the care team

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification

• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable providing care in clients' homes

• Reliable and able to fulfill scheduled shifts

• Complete vaccination records preferred
