Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

In this position, you will collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other support staff to deliver essential occupational therapy services within a school environment. Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current OT license in Vermont (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience working in schools or pediatric settings preferred
- Understanding of IEP processes and documentation
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Ability to adapt interventions to diverse student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing input on student goals and progress
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student achievement
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and supportive school environment
