We are hiring a compassionate and reliable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home care team. This role focuses primarily on supervisory visits to ensure high-quality care provided by Home Health Aides (HHAs).
This position is ideal for a nurse who values independence, flexibility, and meaningful one-on-one care.
What You’ll Do

Complete supervisory visits for HHA staff in client homes

Conduct client assessments and update care plans as needed

Provide occasional hands-on nursing care such as med setup, vitals, and simple treatments

Document visits in AxisCare EMR

Communicate changes in condition to the care team

Maintain professional relationships with clients, families, and team members

Participate in weekend visits only as needed (one or two visits, not a full shift)
Schedule

Flexible, self-scheduled visits

Preferred weekday availability starting at 7:00 AM

Full-time nurses are expected to be available for minimal weekend visit coverage as needed

Requirements

Active RN license in Massachusetts

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
